These terms explain the rules for using Gadget247News. By reading or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Gadget247News Is

Gadget247News is owned and run by Suraj Giri. We publish fix guides, setup guides and update news for smartwatches, fitness trackers, smart rings, earbuds and headphones. The site is free to read. It has no accounts, purchases or comments, and you don't need to give us anything to use it.

Information, Not Advice

Our guides are general information. They are not professional repair advice, legal advice or medical advice. Health and fitness pages explain how a device and its settings work. They don't tell you what a reading means for your health. If you're worried about a reading or a symptom, talk to a doctor.

Follow Steps at Your Own Risk

We check every step against the maker's own documentation and show the source and the date we checked it. We don't test fixes on physical devices. Devices, models and software versions differ, and makers change their instructions. Before you act:

  • Read the maker's official page, which each guide links to.
  • Read your warranty or service plan before you try a repair.
  • Back up anything you want to keep. Some fixes, such as a factory reset, erase your settings and pairing.
  • If a device is swollen, very hot or damaged, stop using it and contact the maker instead of trying a fix.

We can't promise that a fix will work for your device, model or software version. You use the site and its guides at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Gadget247News is not responsible for damage to your devices or loss of data that results from following a guide.

The Site Is Provided As Is

We work to keep guides accurate and current, and we fix errors when we find them (see our corrections log and how we verify fixes). The site is still provided "as is", with no promise that it is complete, free of errors or always available.

Our Content and Image Credits

The text, tables and diagrams on Gadget247News belong to Gadget247News unless a credit says otherwise. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please don't copy whole guides or republish our content without permission.

Every image carries a credit line under it. Some are our own screenshots, diagrams or illustrations generated with Runway. Others belong to the people or companies named in the credit and stay theirs.

Trademarks and Independence

Product names and brands mentioned on the site belong to their owners. We use them only to say which devices a guide covers. Gadget247News is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Samsung, Google, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Sony, Bose, JBL, Skullcandy or Beats.

Our guides link to makers' support pages and other sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

If you believe a page on Gadget247News uses your work without permission, email info@gadget247news.com with:

  2. the image or text you mean
  3. proof that you own it or act for the owner, such as a link to the original
  4. how we can reach you

When the owner of a credited image asks us to remove it, we remove it at once. We answer other requests after we check them.
