Apple has added several new features to its Contacts app for iPhone and iPad in iOS 16, including the ability to merge duplicate contacts, create, delete, and rename contact lists, email or message contact lists, export contact lists, and share filtered contact cards. Other new features include the ability to drag and drop contacts, use a widget to display contact alerts, and use the app on the Apple Watch. The Contacts app can also display contact info for calls, messages, and emails from non-contacts, and search contacts by company or job title.
